TBH, I doubt CurlyHeadJames got jaw implants. It's probably filler. Jaw implants are either
1) Off the shelf, which usually gives you a bloated, round appearance, or
2) Custom, which is quite expensive.

CurlyHeadJames is a teenager from a poor background (from what I gather), so he probably couldn't afford either of these anyway. I have seen off-the-shelf implants quoted at $5,000-$7,000 from no-name surgeons, and custom is probably 3x-4x that. That's not an expense any normal teenager could afford.
