Are implants the best way to fix poor lower and lateral orbital support

My biggest flaw and I need it fixed, no chance without surgery so I think implants are the most realistic option:feelswhy:
 
Ive seen more people doing fat grafts since its lower risk and easier recovery but for a permanent fix infraorbital implants are the way to go

Probably the only way as bonesamashing them is far too dangerous and could cause blindness or a crack in your skull
