is there anything similar to liposuction but for fillers? Most risk from fillers is from hitting a blood vessel. Chin is one of the safest spots iirc. Not sure about the gonions
Personally im looking to get a genioplasty because i dont want to deal with any potential migration ruining my lean (but boneless) face
You can inject a dissolving agent, however most doctors save it for extreme cases / botched.is there anything similar to liposuction but for fillers?
I’m in similar boat. Don’t want to end up with migration causing a double chinMost risk from fillers is from hitting a blood vessel. Chin is one of the safest spots iirc. Not sure about the gonions

how many years max do you think its safe to inject fillers for? i'm thinking i will probably inject for up to the next 5 or 6 years or so max (hopefully!) is that too long?I got fillers in these areas for over a year and this is my experience.
Fillers if done right, can make you look really good, I’ve been called a model so many times by women since. And got my first gf at 22 years old because she thought I looked super hot. I’ve been complemented on my jawline and chin and im not even kidding. They have no idea i have like 15ml of filler JfL.
So fillers after they have healed and settled in (3 months) they create their own pocket inside the tissues, it’s almost like they are glued to the tissues.
Here’s the catch, they get softer and expand a bit overtime, so they will eventually cover more surface area in your face, so you will loose a bit of the sharpness overtime.
In addition, filter migration is real, it hasn’t happened to me yet, but is a matter of time, is not if but when.
If you get a lot of filler on the gonials for example, they might fall down below the jawline creating the totally opposite effect that you were seeking, and this can happen sooner if you get trauma in the zone.
Also you will feel the filler from time to time, like when you chew or smile, it is what it is… is not terrible but you know its there.
If you’re getting fillers remember that it should only be a temporary solution while you get permanent surgery.
As long as your skin is not sagging due to age, which starts to happen after 30how many years max do you think its safe to inject fillers for? i'm thinking i will probably inject for up to the next 5 or 6 years or so max (hopefully!) is that too long?
