Yes and no. You can buy individual supplements and get cheaper and higher dosages. But tbh just get health sparing diuretics use now and then. have good sodium to potassium ratio and drink tons of water.

Blasting and ghk cu in the same sentence lmao. Isotret for skin ig, a good routine, moisturizier, double cleansing, spf50 pa++++. Use tret, azeleic acid.
