Are malar implants really that effective?

I can’t find any good cheekbone ascensions from the front of the face anywhere on google they always show other angles. Also who on the forum has gotten this before ?

won't post his pics, but he was asian and it made his already wide face comically wide, he had them removed a while ago.

No, they cover the entire malar

Here you have the malar implants effect (and paranasal, just don’t focus on the nose) in isolation before he had more surgery

(He also had submalars but those only reduce hollows, I don’t think u guys would want them)

I can’t find more results rn, they’re rare to find bc people don’t like saying they had implants. I used to have a folder of them but I lost the phone that had it

Also most results online look very underwhelming bc almost nobody is a legitimate candidate, unlike the guy I posted here.

If you wanna know about about candidacy I made a video about it, it only addresses how to tell if your infraorbital area is bad enough to benefit from implants, maybe I’ll make one regarding width at some point:


Anyway if u wonder about width, for width all u need is the cheekbones to be wider than the distance between the temples, there are other things to look at and a few exceptions to the rule I mentioned but generally this is a very reliable and easy way to look at it

Had different consultations and they all said i only need infras not malar so ig i will trust them , my under eye from the side has the same failo of that guy recessed bone under the eye even if its a lot less , my supras are good but i have shit infras so hopefully it will ascend me
