Is hydrocortisone safe and effective ?

I have a big nose especially the tip , and I saw that hydrocortisone can help make the nose slimmer cuz one it’s side effects is skin thinning,but isn’t it not safe for that use ?and isn’t there any other solution ?

I think hydrocortisone is safe in low doses, and when taken with knowledge / research. Don't just go buy high % and lather ur nose otherwise you'll fuck ur beak right up mate

2 weeks everyday. And then after that phase only use it every time you go out. Also, just get the over the counter version you’ll be more than fine

The probleme is that it can cause

• fragility of the skin.
• Visible blood vessels.
• Steroid-induced acne or rosacea.
