the gh spike is systemic its not localized so itll be used for tissue repair, your metabolism, recovery and other things, you wouldnt get any taller besides maybe getting slightly better posture, if you want to "grow" slightly do them barefoot on concrete to make your foot thicker and get 0.5cm of extra height lmao, but its not something i would go out my way to do unless you want a better vertical
