In my case, I don't have a noticably recessed maxilla, but it's not noticably projected either, this harms my appearance as most of my other features are quite decent. I am 15 so i would assume thumbpulling and mewing could potentially be more effective.

Thumbpulling all you're doing is moving soft tissue you'll have major dental problems no actual movement of bone. The maxilla at your age is at the end stages of growth if not done already, you won't notice any growth, mewing just helps facilitate natural growth, if your shit was recessed or not projected from the start doing it won't change it especially at your age.

So the only thing that can save my maxilla is getting it surgically moved forward?

Mewing wont change your face, its just the correct tongue posture and thumbpulling is cope.

You can just get paranasal implants if its such a concern, surgically moving it forward is only for niggas whos maxillas are fully fucked

I'll consider paranasal implants for sure now but I find it questionable that I wouldn't be able to loosen my maxillary sutures with careful thumbpulling and then produce the maxillary remodeling with consistent mewing

Well, it's quite common knowledge that the force from your thumbs, very sporadic, uneven, short jolts of minor force won't ever loosen the sutures, also from this basis is not how the kinetics of sutures work there's no such thing as "loosen" in this context, the force would only moderately affect the soft tissue which will cause dental problems in the long term. There's no such thing as maxillary remodeling via mechanical tension with mewing unless you're an infant or in early adolescence then mewing can help facilitate growth but I want to tell you BY AGES 6 95% OF YOUR SKULL IS FUSED, AND AT AGES 15-16 THE MAXILLA IS DONE GROWING OR AT THE END STAGES WHERE THERE WON'T BE NOTICEABLE CHANGE AT ALL. This is just basic knowledge, instead of listening to cope shit just educate yourself on topics you're interested in. It's quite obvious you're interested and concerned about this yet done literally 0 research on this with your terrible conclusions you garnered from TT scam course sellers.

So then would I be correct to say every single individual with a naturally well developed maxilla is the result of proper tongue posture as a young child?

Saying it's the soul cause is incredibly inaccurate, even dr mew was asked this and said absolutely not. In theory it should help facilitate growth, is it the main factor? No.
