Other than d3, ashwaghanda and k2?

I feel like zinc magnesium vitamins n shit is cope

Ashwagandha isn’t good for you.
D3/K2 combo in a non-rancid oil base is good for deficiency
Electrolytes are useful when you actually need them e.g fasting.

99.999% of supplements are stupid and nothing more than fraudulent and often times dangerous products
