I'm going to be honest with you, stop focusing on taking photos, and focus more on diet and lifting.

Look up the warrior diet and follow the guidelines on there.

High protein (40-50 of macros), low carbs, no sugar unless fruits, and intermittent fasting. You should also find out what your BMR is and subtract 300-500 calories from it.

Start lifting weights and look to lift more weights. I do 5-3-1/starting strength. You HAVE to have a goal of adding more weight to your lifts.

You look like shit. Don't take it as an insult, take it as criticism to change your focus off the mirror, and redirect it to your method of making gains.
