Took this a few hours ago in the gym realized my clavicles look super super narrow even tho I have a 20” bideltoid

IMG 1468

My arms angle in such a way that I feel my clavicles should be 2” wider atleast for them to go straight down. Maybe I can grow them before 27 considering I’m 17 rn but I’m unaware of growth specifically of the collar bone (bidelt has gone from 19 to 20 in the last 6 or so weeks on gear but unclear how much is muscle and how much is bone)

How the fuck am I supposed to tell from this picture?

Specify your unlarped height and take a full-length photo of yourself standing relaxed so that the frontal plane of your body is parallel to the plane of the lens and your body is centered in relation to it. Placing the camera somewhere at the level of manubrium would be preferable. Then I will be able to estimate your biacromial diameter with high accuracy.

Ideally, you should buy an anthropometer/caliper and have someone measure it for you or measure it yourself (preferably the former).

As for growth, at most you might get an increase of ≈3 cm in you biacromial diameter before the growth plates fuse (typically 23-25). Realistically, it will probably be within the range of 1.3-2 cm (maybe even less). Gear won't affect it.

6 feet tall and gear can certainly cause bone growth I don’t see the clavicle being an exception lots of people have crazy increases after anabolics
