Are my eyes saveable surgically or is it just over for them

Used to think maybe Lower Eyelid Retraction Repair was the answer, but recent reality checks have made me realize the limits of it. Don't have much scleral show so it will probably be extremely limited in what it can do. My PFL isn't too horrid at around 28mm give or take half an mm, but the sheer amount of height to my eyes is absurd. I don't really know what I can do to fix this and stop having subhuman round eyes. Would it be possible to perhaps convince a surgeon to perform upper eyelid retraction repair at the same time, so that my upper lid also rests lower? I feel like getting more UEE would be worth such a thing, but all the results I've seen of UERR seem more severe so maybe no surgeons would agree.

I think the issue is ur eye shape and that ur lower lid is too rounded of a curve

Like Lauren de graaf has really flat lower lid then curve ups slightly to meet upper lid at lateral canthus

Obv she has more canthal tilt n should cuz she’s female but good example of shape

I don’t even think ur eyes look bad at all tbh
