I pretend to do trimax to correct downward growth, but my front wasnt Very affected by it. I have unideal ear, ct and uee. Do you guys think would be better to start doing eye surgeries first?

depends what your doing but I'd say implants and osteotomys before any soft tissue surgeries always, unless your surgeon that's gonna preform trimax says its okay

(I'd go to a surgeon that can do both)
