im 183cm/6ft and 20.5 years old. My bone age is 18.3 years. Im pretty sure theyre closed but is there a chance i can still grow in my legs/spine? Should i take hgh or something?

I believe in human studies it was shown an average in ~2 inch decrease compared to control
But they had a large spike in growth when first taking it
So it’s perfect for when your plates are almost closed

roids can do it they create a fast spike but close growth plates faster so you might gain a few extra cm from test or something like that but do it only if u planned on using roids anyways for physique and stuff

Nothing can be done unfortunately except GH, but I don't recommend GH because the cm are too low
