Sorry my guy, it does look like your shi is closed. There's basically zero separation here, meaning that your growth plates are either completely fused or just about there

HGH is no longer an option and you'd only be giving yourself some insulin resistance over nothing. Have you ever thought of taking a 1-year trip to Istanbul?

I mean, you could also opt for LON which is an internal rod. At the end of the day it's up to you, LL is extremely expensive and labor-intensive, but the newer methods have really brought the procedure up to the point where with the proper PT and as long as you don't overlengthen you will be 100% functional after the procedure.

The issue would obviously be to get that much money and the spare year to spend in a hospital, but at the very least be grateful that any kind of medical technology exists at all for this kind of stuff. You could easily reach 5'9", or even more if you're willing to gamble a bit more.

Though it's obviously not realistic for most.

Yeah, they’re closed, but don’t stress too much. There are still options: for now, if you think your height is affecting your life, you could consider getting sneakers with built-in insoles that add about 6 to 7 cm. And for the future, you can start saving up for an LLS

As long as you reach the safe zone, that’s fine, meaning around 1.78 cm. For that, like I said, you’ll need limb lengthening and to wear tall sneakers. It doesn’t matter which ones, just not huge boots, they won’t look good. But for now, wear tall shoes. If you still think that’s not enough, consider moving to an Asian country.

Yeah that's what I going to do, my goal is to work in the Singaporean embassy since it's an English speaking country and the average height is 173. Same with Pakistan but better because the ah is 167. Holy lifefuel I'm sober and I'll make it
