Yo im almost 16 i have a xray of my fingers i was thinking about gh ai or just cjc ipa tho I just wanna make sure how much growth is possible or left or are they close to fusing

Firstly no they aren't done closing. Also it's near impossible to tell when they are going to close or how much you can grow. Give us the height of your parents so we can actually give you an answer

My mom 5’1 dad 6 foot. I’m 5’6 at 16 and my mom always says my dad grew wheb he was 18~20 over a Foot almost. I have facial hair since my moms side has a lot of facial hair. I have noticed minimal growth. Hopes of reaching 5’9 atleast ?

take supplements like zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, calcium, vitamin K, amino acids. and enough sleep
