you cant possibly predict your other growth plates from just a wrist xray, so you need to get an xray for that like lie about ankle pain

get one one that shows ur kneecap, it covers the most places and you can sort of roughly predict other plate spots with that info

I don’t exactly know my parents are saying I’m taller every time but during school last year teachers have been saying I been growing I never measured it like that

you could still check other growth plates such as in knees because for some people the plates in the wrist close up sooner then the other if they are still open you could hop on but if they are all closed hgh just will increase your bone mass so after they close up its not really worth it if your main goal is increase in height

Ima just order the peptides and other stuff tbh i can’t be bothered to go and get another xray i already lied to my doctor

They seem closed, but check for knees and if those are closed it's pretty much over, only hope would be spine

Bro I'm 173.3 cm, you can wear lifts (that go in your socks because you don't want to get caught) and fraud 1-2 inches. That's what I'll be doing to fraud 176.8cm
