Are my growth plates still open ?

Hi everyone, I had an X-ray of my spine 1 month ago is there someone who can determine if my growth plate are still open atm I would like to start height maxing.
I’m 16 yo and 5.9ft

u could grow by fixing the scoliosis

how old are you?

it seems like yeah, it's hard to see in this picture though but you have noticiable 'rings' in your spine which is a sign of open plates

also u got some bad scoliosis goign on there

fix scoliosis, plus LL, u dont need heightmaxx unless u have abnormal hormone condition.
Do bloodwork.
LL + fix scoliosis could get u at 6.3-6.4

it's open bro, whether you'll grow anymore, at least substantially, is unknown, though.

either way, you've already got a decent height that won't cause you any issues, at the very least you'll end up at 5'10 which is borderline above average height.
