Go from
5x 75kg squat to 100kg
5x 72kg benchpress to 100kg
5x 100kg deadlift to 150kg
On all the lifts i included the bar that weights around 20kg.
I am 69kg on 178cm atm, want to gain 5kg till Mai 22 (5 months) and then diet down 2-3kg for summer. Current calories are 2400-2500 per day.
Is this realistic?
