Ortho's genuenly dont know anything and are scammer bc i had 4 premolars removed instead of palate expander because im pretty sure they didnt tell me parents the option of skeletal expansion. conveniently, they only told them about MSE, which would have flared my teeth to much. looking further into it, it was a scam bc the amount my braces cost was more than getting the palate expander that would have fixed the issue, as well as braces being a cosmetic procedure. my parents dont seem to understand that because "everyone gets it" and i "should be grateful". they justified their actions because my "teeth were to crowded", which had no functional issues. goes to show orthos just want to hoe you and parents dont know crap when it comes to this. still wont believe me when i present my case, and they respond illogically.
