are my shoulders narrow?

i turn 15 in november, late tanner stage 4, 5'11 165lbs
16.5cm clavs
17.5 bideltoid
i have like 0 muscle mass on my shoulders tho
do i at least have decent clavs or still narrow

they are average i think gaining muscles will give it an illusion of wider clavicles.
