A double chin is entirely genetic and usually can't be changed unless you get a submental liposuction, but if you're actually just talking about having fat underneath, then neck curls and chin tucks aren't cope.

completely fixable and not over, doesn't look to be a real double chin. Your jaw is just slack and your neck is slouched forward

look up softmaxx guides or any guides on here you have time to improve and change alot rn you dont look like an early bloomer to me
