Like zinc, calcium and so on

from my understanding, the most effective and simple way is to increase osteoblast sensitivity with androgens, "remove the breaks" by inhibiting fgfr3 and then actually stimulate the osteoblasts with HGH and or PTH analogs

but I've seen some pretty notable people on here talking about nutrients

well obviously? Nutrients are crucial for ur bones lmao. if ur talking about getting taller and shit then no nutrients wont make you "taller"

I'm asking if they just stimulate osteoblasts, and thus not needed as a focus point, or act through another pathway
