Are oral supplements cope?

I am currently taking vit d3, k2, fish oil, zinc, magnesium and ashwagandha.

I just want to know if im getting any benefits from these or wasting money.

And are there any supplements you would recommend?
 
these supplements are to help if you have any deficiencies. Dont expect to be a 6'6 terrachad with oral supplements

They are good extra but main focus should be on lifestyle and diet

they can be good for ur health, but don't expect any aesthetic improvements

the return on investment is pretty bad unless you have enough money for the price to be negligible
 
yeah they are cope in terms of their prices for what your getting
dont just take shit without knowing your in a deficiency for it

fish oil the only thing thats cope as its impossible to get non oxidized stuff

They have phytoestrogens so I wouldn't recommend eating as much. Eat fruits for carbs because they are full of vitamins

Creatine obv works no reason not to take it, keep cycling ashwaganda if ur stressed, boron is good depending on ur diet, check high boron foods and see if u eat them, if not then supplement 10mg of boron citrate, boosts free test by up to 28% and lowers estriadol by 39% (differs for everyone), fenugreek is chill, tongkat ali is worth it, dont bother with under 1g tho take atleast 1.5g and with a good amount of eurypeptides and eurycomanones in it, DHEA doesnt peak before ur 20s so technically u could benefit from it, take like 50-100mg see which works better, get a good diet tho, eat liver, hearts, bone marrow, salmon or cod, raw milk, fruit
