But that's just the way our society/economy works nowadays.

In the netherlands it's normal to be a 'student' untill your mid twenties now. Having no way to earn a decent income or be productive, but having to rely on your parents and the government for money.

My granddad worked in the mines since he was 17 years old and earned enough money to buy a house, car, raise 3 children and have a stay-at-home wife. All with 0 education required, no student debt, nothing. That kind of life is impossible now.
