Are people on the internet too paranoid about feds?

I see a lot of posts on the "Posts by feds" Twitter account and they seem so innocuous. Like do you really think you're gonna get a visit from the feds for giving an edgy answer?

Some of these posts are on the same level as thinking you'll be jailed for using Limewire in 2004 or something.
