I wanna start actually doing shit to improve my looks instead of just sitting around procrastinating :lul:


Mainly, I need to drop my body fat % — that’s what’s holding my face back from looking good.


I already started taking MK-677 at night before bed, hoping it helps with growth. Lowkey I don’t even think it’s doing anything for me :hnghn: but I read some articles saying it can boost growth hormone, so fuck it, why not?


Now I’m thinking about hopping on something else — peptides, supplements, whatever. So real question: are peptides actually worth it? If yes, which ones should I take?

some peptides are worth it like reta hgh

yeah i was thinking of doing that but im not fat if anything a little bit underweight, its just my genes thats making my face not give off that lean look, its not puffy not lean, exactly in the in-between.

if ur underweight you dont need reta then
