I wanna start actually doing shit to improve my looks instead of just sitting around procrastinating 
Mainly, I need to drop my body fat % — that’s what’s holding my face back from looking good.
I already started taking MK-677 at night before bed, hoping it helps with growth. Lowkey I don’t even think it’s doing anything for me
but I read some articles saying it can boost growth hormone, so fuck it, why not?
Now I’m thinking about hopping on something else — peptides, supplements, whatever. So real question: are peptides actually worth it? If yes, which ones should I take?
