Are pre molar extractions reversible

I fell victim to Pre-Molar extractions (4) to make space for my crowded teeth and I feel it’s made my palate narrow as well as giving me a dorsal hump.
Is there any way to reverse this because even if I were to get MARPE i feel it’d clash with the fact I’m missing teeth.
I’m also 19 and unable to afford a huge surgery like double jaw surgery. I make around 4k a month, is there anything I can do?

i got extractions too in the same way but i had a palate expander beforehand so i dont have a narrow palate

so ig u could talk to ur orthodentist

have you noticed any changes from the palate expander? did your base actually get wider or do you just have more room in your mouth?

Nah also ur palate will be significantly narrow widening it w marpe or sarpe will contradict since ur bite will be in akward position

So the only way to have a “normal” bite is by having a narrow palate due to the extractions?
