Rathores are Rajput not Jatts. And yes Rajputs and Jatts are separate and different. I should know because I'm Rajput myself. Rajputs usually have it as "Rathod".

Jatts and rajputs aren't the same though they are different castes and castewise they are considered a vaishya or shudra.
