Are recessed infraorbital rims a big failo?

No pics but I have the black circles under my eyes and the skin is a bit puffy due to not much bone.
Is it generally a big failo? I don't see it as being that bad but idk.

not big unless you are in well lit environment and close up with side profile. from the front it is not too noticeable and most foids will not notice it much. if you makeupmaxx it would be practically invisible to foids unless your concealement is easily noticeable and you get called out for faggotmaxxing
