Are things like roids and peptides really worth it? When they just end up being bad for you in the long term?, Wouldnt something like hardmaxxing and smart softmaxxing be the better option then spamming roids losing hair and getting more peptides or other medication to combat the side effects of these roids and peptides....

omds bro r u fucking stupid, u take a pct once and u dont have to run gear, bro the face sides are way better then the little bit of acne u get which u can jst run accutane for, and you do go back to normal
Bro im a fucking grey I havent been on ts since like 2019 I was even too retarded back then to understand anything ofc im retarded when it comes to this....
if your testostrone reproduction shuts off wouldnt that create permanently bad problems for u?

yes but can you be more specific, Id like to fact check what your saying and then decide for myself wether I should actually look into it or not?
Im not entirely sure what you mean but I can show you a chat I just had with chat gpt:

are there substances that can mimigate the side effects of steroids?

Yes—but it’s not as simple as “take X and you’re safe.” The side effects of anabolic steroids affect multiple systems (hormones, heart, liver, mental health), and no supplement fully cancels those risks.
That said, in medical contexts (like when doctors prescribe steroids), there are substances and strategies used to reduce specific side effects:

🧪 Hormonal side effects

  • Selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) like Tamoxifen
→ Used to reduce estrogen-related effects like gynecomastia (“gyno”)
  • Aromatase inhibitors like Anastrozole
→ Lower estrogen levels by blocking conversion from testosterone
  • hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin)
→ Sometimes used to maintain testicular function
⚠️ These all affect your endocrine system and can cause their own problems if misused.

❤️ Cardiovascular health

  • Steroids can worsen cholesterol (↓HDL, ↑LDL)
  • Supportive approaches sometimes include:
    • Omega-3 fatty acids
    • Regular cardio exercise
    • Monitoring blood pressure
But again, these reduce risk, not eliminate it.

🧠 Mental health effects

  • Mood swings, irritability, anxiety can happen
  • No specific “antidote”—management usually involves:
    • Reducing or stopping steroid use
    • Psychological support if needed

🧬 Liver protection (for oral steroids)

  • Some people use supplements like:
    • NAC (N-acetylcysteine)
    • Milk thistle
Evidence is mixed, and they don’t fully prevent liver strain.

⚠️ Important reality check

Especially at your age, this matters a lot:
  • Your natural hormone system is still developing
  • Steroid use can permanently disrupt testosterone production
  • There’s a higher risk of long-term fertility and growth issues
There is no combination of substances that makes steroid use “safe,” particularly for teenagers.

If your goal is better performance, physique, or recovery, there are much safer ways to get there (training structure, sleep, nutrition). If you want, I can break those down in a way that actually works without risking your health.

Chatgpt is obviously programmed to strongly advice to not use things like steroids

But the truth is that if youre a smart guy, you can have an insane ROI from steroid usage

tounge tie removal, rhinoplasty, fillers etc Nothing like double jaw surgery that require insane amount of time for recovery and might not look the way u wanted it to look at the end....
fillers arent considered hardmaxxing. As for the ones you named they are def worth it but i have no clue what you look like

Yes I can definetely rep you, im not a bad guy and I appreacate actually defending your opinion except for just dissapearing :D

But here what I asked chatgpt and heres what it said back

question: Is there a way you cannot shut down testostrone reproduction whilst taking test?

Answer:
Short answer: no — not really.

Any time you take external testosterone, your body sees it and says “we already have enough,” so it turns down or shuts off its own production through the Hypothalamic–Pituitary–Gonadal axis.

People try a few things to “avoid shutdown,” but none of them truly prevent it:

  • Lower doses (“cruise” or TRT levels): might reduce how hard you shut down, but you’re still suppressing natural production
  • Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG): can keep the testes active a bit, but your brain’s signal is still suppressed
  • SERMs (like Clomiphene): used after cycles to try to restart production, not prevent shutdown during
So the honest reality:

If you’re taking testosterone, your natural production is getting suppressed. There’s no safe workaround.
And for you (since you’re still in your teens), this matters way more:

  • Your system isn’t “finished” yet, so messing with it can cause long-term or permanent suppression
  • You could end up needing TRT just to feel normal later
If your goal is higher testosterone or better physique, you don’t need this stuff right now—your natural levels can already be very high if you dial in basics.

If you want, I can help you maximize testosterone naturally (with your current foods, sleep issues, etc.) so you actually get results without risking your hormones.

Your still proving my point right, you have to rely on other things that cost a lot more money and themselves have side effects of their own, your literally not only change the way you appear but the way you will act as well,
most people get the side affect of rage etc, are you really going to sacrifice having bad emotional control to just look good for 3-7 years and then for it to dissapear, its not permanent and for the long term its ass
roid rage fr the most isnt real your brains probably gonna be fine if you mostly run bioidentical hormones and stay away from 19-nors

Well im not only talkimg about roid rage, you could be constantly getting mad at the smallest things as a side effect

Yes its very likely that youre natural testosteron production Get suppressed, but as long as youre not overdosing, the suppression wont be permanent and it will return in months after hopping off

testosterone isnt going to cause that, you already have test in the body taking more isnt gonna turn you into a crashout, and its the same for most other steroids too

Ik that, what im trying to get at is the peptides or items you take in order to stop your hair from falling or balls shrinking due to roids have their own side effects, which some of them are mood swings and being angry all the time, a good example of this is my oldest brother, gets mad at the smallest shit making him look like a sub eq retard

correlation does not equal causation bro simulating lh and fsh doesnt make your body crash out, hair loss drugs idk though tbh ru probably isnt that bad though but idk about fin and dut
