Optimally you would do a blood test after cycle and if ur test level is fine you dont need PCT

yeah sarms don't cause shutdown, if you're above 20 and run a normal cycle you will recover fine

Roids themselves have sides, idk about pct. Pct however takes months. It’s not a couple weeks of pills and you’re back to normal. More 6+ months after to fully recover t levels after 3 months on depending to how suppressive the cycle was. That’s according to Greg Doucette. He’s probably the best guy for more info on peds

after a sarm cycle your T level will be lower than Lorsss' tier

This is anecdotal, but I would say the opposite happened to me. I took 5mg LGD for a week, then didn’t take any for a week since I went on vacation and accidentally left it like a retard. Test levels felt above my normal for the days after. There's no harm in running PCT though.

i did not have any sides, PCT with least sides is nolvadex (what i used)
