Are "social declines" actually just women being allowed to do as they please?

Are there actually any cases of any major social ills that can't be directly or indirectly blamed on just women? Are there any examples of patriarchies suffering from any considerable amount of sexual decadence, drug abuse, loss of patriotism etc? As far as I can tell women are responsible for almost every single social ill ever to have existed.

It's not just politics. Almost every single negative aspect of society that I can think off can be blamed on women one way or another. Broken families, STDs, low birth rates, lack of patriotism, open borders and mass immigration, consumerist degeneracy (women are the biggest consumers of all), unbridled welfare states, death of child discipline...just literally everything.

There is a perfectly valid argument to be made that women are sub-humans and that all social declines begin and end with women gaining and losing power.

Bullshit. Even with high material prosperity people don't just stop having families and if anything it's the other way around since more food surplus means you can more easily feed your family.
