honestly i dont wanna know, i know hardmaxxes work better and are way more efficient so i will just take every compound i need the soonest possible and not worry bout the rest

For example, leaning out may be the best thing to do in terms of roi (free and very helpful) and it is one, but a lot of them are cope yes
