So for context I play American football and I wrestle. Idk if the constant bacteria on me via headgear is nerfing my skin or not? I don’t have crazy acne breakouts anymore but I do get pimples. Also I had to bulk for football which probably raised my bf like crazy. Is the growth hormone stimulation from the exercise worth all the cortisol and possible acne I get? And does that growth hormone spike even affect my face significantly? Lmk

undebatable. if you are a developing teen, fuck the "acne breakouts" that you get. they are infinitely insignificant to the benefits of hgh that you produce while participating in a competitive sport. acne is temporary, but producing growth hormone from sport forges your body and face forever. if you're bulking and pack on a lot of bf, it's fine as long as you lean out in the long run. again, eat as much as possible and participate in much physical activity (especially competitive) as possible in order to maximize your hgh production and in the long term, your looks. and yes, growth hormone affects your face significantly more than most things.

moderate cortisol is good. don't fall for the lie that cortisol is the ultimate evil. humans evolved to produce cortisol via physical activity.
