Im taking d3+k2, calcium, boron, omega epa dha and magnesium glycinate at night. Anything to add?
It really depends on your goals, but here's a good start:
1200mg "elemental" calcium
200mcg k2
1000 iu d3
400mg magnesium (make sure it's bisglycinate)
These are the S tier supplements: melatonin (sleep) and creatine (muscle growth)

Not if you take them consistently and with sufficient dosing

Like this post if it was helpful and mark it as solution (it's the check mark on my right)

Reply with any follow-up questions you have

wdym by elemental, also I take 3k IU d3 w/ 135mcg k2 since they in the same pills should I take seperate to increase k2 dose

any reasons why magnesium shold be bishlycinate? whats the difference between glycinate

My primary goal is just for overall bonegrowth, height and maxing potential in puberty im 16 and getting joint pains

elemental
Make sure you check the elemental content of the supplement, not the compound amount; check the package for the label, it's written there

Good

Still good. You can take separate 200mcg supplements too if you want, but not necessarily

bishlycinate
Less gi complications

maxing potential in puberty
Then lock in on calcium and k2

Context dependent. Many of them are necessary in today’s day and age. Take omega-3, for example, it’s nearly impossible to get enough from nutrition alone without risking heavy-metal toxicity.
