Are teeth gaps a big problem?

Im not talking about the ones that makes you look like a somalian immigrant. Are small gaps like this a major issue or minor?

I have a small gap between my incisors even after braces and diligently wearing my retainer

An easy way to fix this is to just use Invisalign.
