Are the cognitive effects of aromasin inhibitors fear mongered?

I want to use an AI but iq/cognitive functioning is more important to me than 1-2in more of height
I was reading this study, which summarized 7 other preexisting studies on AI’s effects on cognitive functioning, and they mostly found no statistically significant data on aromasin inhibitors effect on cognitive abilities (Study here)
Does anyone have any evidence that AI’s will lead to poorer cognitive abilities? And if so, which AI’s would have the most detrimental effects

First person I’ve seen actually think about this before crushing their e2, definitely don’t nuke it as your mood and libido will be non existent aswell as estrogen being crucial for bone development and mineralization. I’ve seen another creator mention that if you start an ai estrogen floats around and if you stop the ai the estrogen that’s been floating around will spike above baseline which will insta fuse your plates.
