I was reading this study, which summarized 7 other preexisting studies on AI’s effects on cognitive functioning, and they mostly found no statistically significant data on aromasin inhibitors effect on cognitive abilities (Study here)
Does anyone have any evidence that AI’s will lead to poorer cognitive abilities? And if so, which AI’s would have the most detrimental effects

This depends on the aromatase inhibitor being used, this only happens with non steroidal ai's like letrozole/anastrozole. Exemestane doesn't do this
