alfaro is a favorite of the blackpillers, but he himself has become suspect in recent years, so i am wondering if lurkers would have any deets on the other surgeons working in the same clinic

Because the aesthetic sensibilities of people on blackpill forums are incredibly poor. Alfaro over-advances people and makes them look like dogs and apes, and the teenagers on this site think it's desirable because "MUH ANTEFACE".
