I feel like the recommendations are not what is ideal
these health organizations are all in some shape or form funded by lobbyists who have convinced normies that red meat is terrible while ultra processed seed oil filled plant garbage and processed pesticide filled grains are "heart healthy", don't pay attention to what they recommend beyond the basic common sense stuff

remember these same people were trying to convince us that smoking is good for you, that trans fats are healthy, that saturated fat is bad and sugar is good for you, the same will probably happen in 10 years time when they admit that seed oils are killing everyone
