What do you recommend I tell my dermatologist?

I'm going to the dermatologist tomorrow for the first time. What do you recommend I say or exaggerate to get rid of my stubborn acne once and for all? I've tried everything and nothing has worked.

If your acne is severe you dermatoligist will most likely just give you accutane of the bat espaccialy if you had gotten prescribed other meds that didnt work tell him directly that you tried everything and didnt work and that you want accutane
