Are there actually any facial benefits to weight lifting?

Bodybuilding never got me any results because my face it very bad. Is there any masculinizing benefits to weight lifting in the face. Weight lifting increases bone mass in body, but that doesnt directly corelate with bone mass in face since your lifting with your face.


Or should I raise my test levels and soley use nutrients to improve my face.

you definitely should do physical activities and sports. doesnt have to be gymceling though, you could also do other stuff

At 19 i spent the entire year working out till incredible pain, literally doing 100 set of curls with 50 pound barbell, I'd kneel down and do curls because it would cause my legs to increase in strength. At that point I could do 50 pushups easily and my jaw grew, I had developed hollow cheeks.

I was working out like a millitary recruit, i developed a permanent physique from that.

Only for short periods of time, it’s not sustained long enough to effectively change your bone structure. Same thing with the people that claim sprinting makes you taller because your GH production increases significantly after it, it doesn’t.
