Bodybuilding never got me any results because my face it very bad. Is there any masculinizing benefits to weight lifting in the face. Weight lifting increases bone mass in body, but that doesnt directly corelate with bone mass in face since your lifting with your face.
Or should I raise my test levels and soley use nutrients to improve my face.
