Just got a gym Member ships and I’m lost, what are some apps that can help me, know what to do and how to do the exercise.

also yeah youtube is my go to or tiktok if ur at the gym its easier.

here are a few goated natural lifter channels for you:

https://www.youtube.com/@Team3DAlpha a tyrone who knows his stuff when it comes to naturally enhancing testosterone production (doesnt post lifting videos but still very good channel)

boostcamp is an amazing app tho
not in comparisson to learning how to train by yourself. 1x failure everything or sometimes 2x. Thats all I do. MikeMentzer was so right my gains have exploded ever since

you could grow bigger by bringing ur first set CLOSE to failure (3RIR-2RIR) and the second one to failure.

also if i could go back in time id appreciate not having to embarrass myself doing exercises with retarded form even though nobody probably cares its very embarrassing when ur a beginner

The first two are like a warm up and last set you go all out, maybe even lower reps than the first two sets

not really man i dont quite know what u mean by that neither did mike mentzer tbh. intensity will inevitably lead to higher reps but thats when u should train smartly like if u go full intensity 0 volume i doubt u make any progress on the long term, u need to balance it

Sometimes you can go both
High intensity and go beyond failure depend on muscle group (partial reps etc )
