Are there any other way to lengthen jaw than BSSO and Chinwing?

I have a short ass ramus and jaw. Even BSSO cut 1-1,5cm wouldn't save me. How much leight projection I could fraud with implants or fillers?
IMDO is out of options, cause the only doc who do it live at fucking Australia and probably charges the same money as Sailer (100K).
