i have pretty noticable asymmetry I need help pleaseeeee

Yes my face was slanted towards the right lol fixed it with getting lean and debloating lol

Asymmetry may be due to edema and fat, but asymmetry is not corrected without surgery if it is bone

my whole left side of the face is drooping
my eye is lower
my nose droops to the left
my left masetter is biger and lower
its kinda like my head is tilted
i hope its posture or else i am fucked

Yes i had it too and just debloated and got lean and it went away mostly

i am very underweight but still my abs aren’t showing? they only show when flexing doest that mean i am low bodyfat?

It could be c1 atlas misalignment or a fucked sphenoid, i think you can look at the symptoms of both and compare to your issues to find which is causing the assymetry

i saw that for the c1 i will need to see a chiropractor. but for a fucked sphenoid idk what to do. i been told that it is the sphenoid tho

i remember taking a head to the face thats how i broke my nose wonder if that may have cause the asymmetry in the whole side of the face aswell
