Does it have to be supplements? You've got shampoos. If you have fine hair, then this supposedly helps:

Shampoos are low effort, as it's just changing the brand. But there's also some other stuff you can put on, but that's like temporary, goes off with a wash.

But any more thinning than that, I'd rather go with a hair transplant at that point.

yeah, I will get hairtransplant anyway someday. would it be okay to get hair transplant before bimax since I guess if I get a ht, then I have to take fin. dont I neeed to drop any medications before/after bimax?

But it should go without saying your best options are finasteride and a ht, and possibly nizoral shampoo (2% ketoconazole) followed by a volumising shampoo like OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Shampoo and Conditioner set
