Are there any surgeries to fix my midface and lower 3rd.

I am 25 y/o curry with an average eye area but my midface and lower 3rd looks like it belongs on a subhuman 55 year old rapist. (multiple images in the link below)

I already tried injectable fillers in the midface, cheekbones, chin and jawline. They made no difference whatsoever.

The only things I can point out making me look old are a vertically short bulbous nose, nasolabial folds, long philtrum, and deep mentolabial crease. However I've seen guys who have those flaws and they still look their actual age, yet I look like I'm in my 50s.

I've already consulted with several maxillofacial surgeons. They made morphs of me on how I'd look after BSSO and Lefort 1. I looked the exact same as I did now. I've talked to plastic surgeons as well and just keep telling me bluepilled garbage like "you look fine man there's nothing wrong with you".

I'm already doing surgically assisted MSE. It didn't help with the nasolabial folds at all. In fact it only made my nose uglier by flaring out the nostrils.

This was Gunson's plan for me. He also did a photographic morph for me in Dolphin but I literally looked exactly the same as I did before:

Maybe there is some space for a rotation and achieve more projection... but ask to the great:

Thx, do you know which surgeons do a quadrangular lefort 1? None of the surgeons I consulted brought it up

bimax will help you a lot, its the biggest looksmax you could do on your face if you actually need it (and it looks like you do)

I think you're going to want bimax and see where that leaves you. Rhino if the nose is still bulbous. Finish all MSE treatment first though.

It has to be discussed with the surgeon.. idk any particular surgeon who specifically claims to do it...

That makes you look better by a fair bit, but looks like the maxilla hasn't been touched?

Looks great bro! Can't change pheno but its still a good result IF they can achieve it.

You don't know how to judge aesthetics, he improved your lower third A LOT.

Also, you can go to other surgeons who will give the same result for much cheaper than Gunson.

Not from the front. But this is a good result over all.
You could achieve more projection with a rotation but your face will be shorter.
Tbh i think that’s a good result and in case you wanna add verticality you could consider a downgraft impaction
